Can I use these stems to release on streaming platforms?
We don’t claim ownership or licensing rights over the projects on our site, and they are technically royalty-free except for the vocals, which should not be used in commercial releases unless you have explicit permission from the original rights holders.
That said, we cannot guarantee or clear rights for commercial use, especially when it comes to melodic elements like chords, leads, and plucks that may resemble copyrighted works. We recommend avoiding those for public releases, as they could be flagged for sounding too similar to the originals.
However, many producers in our community have successfully used drums, FX, presets, and utility stems from these projects in their own commercial work without any issues. These elements tend to be generic and are much less likely to trigger copyright concerns.
If you're ever unsure, it's always safest to treat the projects as a learning tool or source of inspiration — and to build original parts when it comes to vocals or melodies.
